About our journey
Proximity Office by Sophie
After several years of experience as an Office Manager in various companies, Sophie Pialet launched her own independent practice in 2007.
In 2014, she co-founded JS2, which later became Les Essentielles Admin — pioneers in administrative outsourcing for small businesses, SMEs and startups, and in the development of the office management profession in France.
In 2024, she founded Proximity Office to bring all her experience to clients seeking tailor-made administrative and financial support, surrounded by a team of entrepreneurial women who share her values and commitment.
